About AI Explorers

AI Explorers is a youth-focused educational initiative. It helps young people understand AI, think critically about technology and use it responsibly.

What we do

The initiative is connected to community and library education, and its first workshop is being developed for a library audience. The workshop is designed for young people aged about 9 to 13.

It looks at AI basics, machine learning, AI-generated content, bias, misinformation, privacy and responsible use, presented as questions anyone can think about:

  • What is AI?
  • How does AI learn?
  • Can AI be wrong?
  • How does AI affect people?
  • What's real online?
  • What should we do with AI?
